OUR STORY TRUE GRIT
Paneerito began on Saturday, 9 August 2025, not as a business idea, but as a belief.
A belief that vegetarian food could be bold.
That Mexican flavours didn't need compromise.
And that experience matters as much as taste.
The early days weren't glamorous. Resources were limited, challenges were constant, and every step forward came with doubt close behind. There were moments when the easier choice would've been to stop, pivot, or settle for less.
We didn't.
What kept Paneerito alive wasn't funding or momentum — it was conviction. The belief that if we stayed true to our values, focused on quality, and built something honest, it would find its people.
Growth didn't come overnight. It came through long days, tough decisions, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way — even when it hurt. Especially when it hurt.
